Consultation/Office Visit

Our helpful reception staff are available from Monday to Friday to help with all your questions. At the time of your consultation, we will:

Request detailed information about your symptoms, Take a medical history of your current and past medical conditions, Perform a thorough physical examination. Obtain X-rays or other imaging if indicated. Please bring any reports, x-rays, MRIs, CT scans etc. and any other relevant information with you if available. Please bring any pertinent surgical operative reports and records if indicated.

It is very important that all patients are informed and educated about their condition/diagnosis & treatment options: Operative or Non-operative. I will discuss in detail any proposed treatments, including the benefits and associated risks of surgery at your consultation. Once a patient decides to have surgery, further education material will also be sent/given to the patient. This education material will provide details of surgery, pre-operative and post-operative care and any precautions including specific exercises after surgery.
